At AadiFlix, we aim to deliver all services promptly and efficiently. However, we understand there may be times when a customer needs to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before making a purchase.

 Order Cancellation Window

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, provided the service has not yet been delivered or activated.
• Once a service (such as IPTV or a digital product) is delivered or activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Order number
• Email/Phone used for purchase
• Reason for cancellation

 Non-Cancellable Services

The following are non-cancellable:

• Digital services already activated or accessed (e.g., IPTV accounts, login credentials, study tools)
• Services marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase
• Orders placed during special promotions or sales (unless there is a technical issue from our side)

 Our Commitment

If your cancellation request meets our eligibility criteria, we will process it promptly. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to our Refund Policy through the original payment method.
