Refund and Returns Policy

At AadiFlix, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below.

Refund Window:

Refund requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process refund or exchange requests after this period has passed.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • The service or product has not been delivered, accessed, or activated.

  • The issue is due to an error on our end, such as failed delivery or a technical problem preventing access.

Non-Refundable Items:

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Digital products that have been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.

  • Services that have been fully rendered or completed.

  • Items explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  3. Contact your bank – it may take time for a refund to be officially posted.
